Announcing Pro home Care is now carpet masters!!

We are pleased to announce that Pro Home Care is now Carpet Masters! This transition in name means wonderful things for the Inland Empire. Matthew Jensen, the owner of Pro Home Care & Dick Stephens, the then owner of Carpet Masters struck a deal for Matthew to purchase Carpet Masters from Dick. For a few years now, these two great carpet cleaning service companies have operated side by side. 

To improve our already industry-leading carpet cleaning services, we are now announcing that Pro Home Care is taking on the brand name of Carpet Masters! 

You can expect the same dedication to our customers that you have come to rely on with Pro Home Care. We are now able to better serve all of your cleaning needs.

Carpet Masters is a family-owned-and-operated carpet cleaning business serving San Bernardino, California, and the Inland Empire for more than 50 years. The original owner, Dick Stephens, had been in this line of work since 21 years old. As you know, Pro Home Care employees are highly trained and provide excellent customer service. Bringing together the Pro Home Care crew to join the excellent Carpet Masters’ staff is literally like joining two all-star teams together! We’ve come to believe in quality, excellent customer service, and the master craftsmanship you deserve through our extensive work. We would love to have you as our newest long-time customer!

New Ownership

In 2018 Matthew Jensen, who at the time owned Pro Home Care, acquired Carpet Masters from Dick. It was a wonderfully smooth transition, and Carpet Masters customers quickly learned that the new ownership meant great things for the Inland Empire. Of course, times have changed, but the quality that Carpet Masters provides to each and every customer is backed by a golden reputation for quality that is unmatched in the industry. And all of this is a result of 58 years of experience and superior customer service.
